Who is the show for?

  • Age 16+

  • Teatre audience

  • Audience who enjoy immersive theatre

How will I connect with the target audience?

  • Create a trailer and short previews I will post on social media

  • Make a website with a little interactive game about the story

  • Create conversations/posts on social media 

  • Get  artists I know to help share promotional material on social media and talk about the show with people around them

Evaluation

Setting targets for the show enables all parties involved to be on the same page and also allows you to understand what you have achieved and what has been successful:

Target 1
  • Aim for a minimum of 20 people in the audience for the first show

  • Spend time spreading the word, advertising to venues etc. This will hopefully bring  peopleo form an audience.

  • The success of target 1 can be measured by monitoring ticket sales leading up to the show night allowing the adaption of advertising strategies/increasing the amount of advertising where needed.
    Audience numbers on the night of the show will also be a measurement of success.

Target2
  • Aim to reach an audience from a range of different backgrounds

  • Focus on advertising in a range of places rather than targeting one area, group or space

  • Share with people aroun me who don't watch performance ofthen, due to that they can share with their friends

  • Measuring the Success: Allow time for post-show talks. This will hopefully encourage people to attend and open up about their experiences
